Would you like to return or exchange a product? That's no problem at Bigbagland! Please be aware that a different return policy applies whether you are a consumer or a company.

This return policy applies to all queries with products in perfect conditions delivered as per your order. Should you have received defective goods or wrong articles, Bigbagland will account of all expensive regarding shipping of the defective order and a replacement order.

Return Policy for Businesses

If you have purchased builder's bags through our shop under the name of a company, the following rules apply:

  • Return within 14 days after the date of purchase
  • Shipping fees for the return are at your charge
  • Refund of the subtotal of goods returned excluding transport costs

Return Policy for Consumers

However BigBagLand mainly sells to business among the UK, consumers are equally able to place an order for builder's bags through our shop. If you have purchased builder's bags through our shop as a consumer, the following rules apply:

  • Return within 30 days after the date of purchase
  • Shipping fees for the return are at the charge of Bigbagland
  • Refund of the total price of goods returned including transport costs

How Returns Work at Bigbagland

If you would like to return your order, please contact our customer support who will arrange the pick-up of your return shipment as well as your refund. The pick-up will be done by our logistics partner and return labels will be provided. We kindly as you to make sure the goods are wrapped in their original packaging and to seal the package carefully. Make sure to remove any old address labels as well as old barcodes. Please note that only new products can be returned. Used and unfolded builder's bags cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

A refund of your order will be done once the returned package has been received and checked. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed. Once your refund has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a credit memo for your records. Funds should be credited to your account within 3-4 working days after receipt of the credit note.
